Sheesh. Is that even legal to guide that many people out there?

Thanks for the heads up. I can't imagine that many people out there. That is like the entire population of North Fork!

Davey, do you help guide for them? I've ran into some of the guides over the years and they were all nice guys.
That's a huge group indeed.

Summit is a big time abuser. A number of years ago I found them back packed to Upper Jackass Lake with nearly 100 people. The limit is 15 including guides but I don't know what the front country limit is if any.

I have helped with a climbing camp from Calvin Crest off Sky Ranch Rd for the last few years. I have never help Summit Adventures. I met Grahm and Sarah Ottley at Hawk Dome and shared a camp fire for a few hours after. Grahm just emailed me and asked so I accepted. We shall see. Hard to resist going to the Balls even if I will be instructing more than climbing.

I remember a year or two back seeing huge group of guided kids toproping all those bolted lines on the formation (School Rock?) East of Boulder Garden Slab.   Seemed like a good place for such a large group.  They did not impede or annoy... and the "kids" were great- I think they were all going to be RA's at college dorms and the outing was a team building something or other.

What Bob said made me think that the ages of the kids defines how insane or tame the group may be. Sure would be fun to be part of such a big group, just not so awesome to be the neighboring campers!
