Just went out there today. So much logging activity there. Looking a little more desolate than last time. Bowler camp looks well cleared to me of threatening trees, better than the last Lunesta Fiesta there at any rate. Yet the sign says campground closed, period. Tables and sites look ok. Curious.

Hi All, hope everyone is getting out. Trying to get back in some kind of shape, beside round, before the season really kicks off. LF will be June 21-23 at the Balls. Hopefully Bowler CG will be open again but if not I will leave signage to a big flat spot by a creek to the south, down the road from the Sphinx parking area.

Morning, Chiquito Dome is good to go for the season, but the road is closed by order os the SNF 3-2-2024 to 5-5-2024 do to road work. The closer is from Redinger lookout to Soda Springs Camp grounds (Grizzly Rd) I was up there yesterday thinking the road was open but Law enforcement told me I was involution and can get a ticket! Hope that was helpful happy climbing Mike A.

Morning all, yes the gate by Wanger's the gate that goes out to the dam still closed!, and I just got an e-mail this morning by law enforcement that I was involution and can get a ticket for being on Minarets Rd so the road is still closed and they did not tell me when the road will open? Having the road closed is lame I have seen the road in worst shape and the road was not closed in the past! so the closed part of Minarets Rd from Redinger Vista point to Grizzly Rd are still in place! Happy climbing Mike A.
