If anyone on the site wishes to put up topos for public viewing, or in other words, available to anyone not logged in or signed up to the site, they should first make sure that they have permission from the creator of the topo and then attach the file in the "Attachments and other options" menu below the post-editing window. Please title the Topic appropriately so people searching for that topo won't have to look very far.
If you want, I can "sticky" your first post with the link to the download (like the "Posting of Photos and Videos" thread) and make it stay on the top of each consecutive page so you don't have to keep clicking back to the original post when discussing it after several pages of comments. I can do this in the Administrator settings that I have so just ask me and I will do so.
EDIT: Just learned that the downloads are not viewable to folks not signed up, so ignore this.
