Have any of you seen this before? Better yet, when did Diet Coke sponsor dirt roads?

I don't know what map source NOAA uses. I can't find Diet Coke on Google maps or a few others I tried. Location is about 37.4°N 119.37°W

Weird. There is no way all of these random dirt roads are named and I assumed a computer named them by nearby features but diet coke? I wonder if Soda in Soda Springs made a computer get cheeky? Naaah.
