Looks pretty clutch. Not sure if I can sacrifice the time, but something to think about.

Been to many of them. Even organized the Faceoff for 1997. Competition? No but maybe some fun winning a few prizes through the raffle that is held (ropes, gear, gift certificates etc). Great place to Rendevous with other climbers. Highlight...the midnight simul climb of the Tollhouse Traverse (5.5, 3 pitches) under a full moon. The record is 13 people at one time. Looks cool from afar when you see the glow of headlamps ascending into the dark heavens...

I have been wanting to go every year they have it but it always seems my schedule gets the screwed.

glow sticks! different colors some hanging off of gear.


maybe that's why there are bolted cracks? to support stringing groups at the events?
